Several complete ERP and CRM systems are part of our portfolio, such as:

    The main functional modules include Settlement, CRM, Customer Cases & Services, Shipments Management, Warehouse Management and Backorders Management modules.
  • Fully customized ERP solution including CRM functionality, built on MS CRM 3.0
    The solution uses the default CRM functionality but also extra modules designed to manage the internal business flows, such as organizing public events, managing registrations to events, manage magazines subscriptions, manage bulk-email campaigns etc.
  • Large data volume MS CRM 3.0 solution for online industries directory
    The solution manages large amount of leads with a highly normalized structure (i.e. a high number of child collections) having additional custom modules for managing customers subscriptions, online customer adds and companies' public information being published on the front-end directory website.


Advanced Customizations

A high number of complex customizations have been implemented in order to achieve best customer experience:
  • Any grid count
    This is a missing feature in all versions of MS CRM, probably not delivered by Microsoft team due to performance reasons. In our version you can have the count of all records in any grid, including the quick search grid.
    Based on the grid count functionality, a jump button to the last page is available.
  • Grid columns and look customizations
    Virtually any customizations of the grid control are possible in our solutions.
  • Custom search on a grid (list of records)
    An custom alternative to the quick and advanced seach methods, based on custom xml-fetch code.
  • WYSIWYG HTML inline editors mapped on text areas
    For the configured text fields represented as text area controls on the CRM forms, WYSIWYG HTML editors are mapped to the textareas and rendered on form page load.
  • Custom print preview using SSRS
    This functionality replaces the default print preview of a CRM form with a SSRS report, loaded instead of the default print preview functionality.
  • Custom PDF on-the-fly creation
    This functionality creates/updates an associated PDF of a record and sends it by email (e.g. invoice update & send by email to customer).
  • Custom data imports using SSIS
    Very large data imports (e.g. > 1GB data files) using SSIS, with custom user interface in CRM.
  • Define and edit language-dependant attributes
    This customization will allow defining a set of language-dependant attributes per entity. A switcher on the entity form allows selecting a language to edit the attributes. The language switch is a client side component; all the changes are saved by the entity form save action.
  • Custom sub-views for default views
    This customization allows creating sub-views for the default views, acting mainly as filters for the referring view.
  • Bulk printing of multiple records on a local network printer
    This customization is most useful when needing to print out multiple records or documents attached to multiple records on a local area network printer.
